Can I order by phone?
For security reasons, we are not able to take credit card information by phone. However, if you are having difficulties placing your order online, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we ship it as quickly as possible, so canceling may be difficult. If you change your mind about an item, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] as soon as you can, and we will make whatever changes are possible. Note that you may see the original charge go through on your account.
Will I be charged twice for shipping with split shipments?
For a single order that results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Can I add items to a wish list?
Yes! We love our easy-to-use wishlist feature. To add items to your wishlist, simply look for the ‘star’ icons on an item’s individual product page or preview page. You can find the ‘star’ icons directly to the right of a product image or beside the “Add to Cart” button. Check on all the items in your wishlist by visiting your wishlist page, accessible via the ‘star’ icon in the top-level navigation bar.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we only ship packages within Canada. We do not ship packages to the U.S.A. or internationally.
What are your shipping times & costs?
Shipping costs are based on standard rates from Canada Post. However, if your order total is $150 or more, you will qualify for free Standard or Expedited shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while Expedited shipping usually arrives within 1-5 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account. You will find tracking information there once your order has shipped.
Where is my order confirmation?
It can take up to 30 minutes to receive your Order Confirmation email after the order is placed. If not received, please double-check your spam folder.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns are accepted provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
-Unwashed
-Unworn
-Original tags still attached
-Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges online due to our policies. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
What is the return process?
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form provided below, following the instructions outlined on the form. Once completed, securely package the item in its original packaging and include the filled-out return form inside the box. After preparing your return, kindly send the package to the following address:
